Late yesterday, news hit that Secretary Ross signed a Decision of Order (which you can find here), adopting Judge Aspinwall’s December recommendation and allowing for the much anticipated producer referendum to finally take place.

According to the signed order, Secretary Ross says the voting period will be from March 4, 2021 – June 1, 2021.
