The following is our current lawsuit filed on October 22, 2022, and our motion for Summary Adjudication we just filed on June 23, 2023. They are the same lawsuit.
We have added the Horne vs. Department of Agriculture for you to read. This is the case that we modeled our complaint after. The California raisin grower Horne beat the USDA at the US Supreme Court 8-1 and we intend to do the same. Enjoy!

U.S. Supreme Court Filed in 2015
The Us Supreme Court voted 8-1 in favor of the Horne’s from Kerman CA. The case took 10 years from start to finish, and the path was laid out there, for us to follow. Thank you to the Horne’s for their determination and, persistence for Justice.
