Petition #1
to Terminate
the QIP

This Petition was turned down by CDFA without the PRB Board reviewing the merits and making a recomendation to the Secratary.

Petition #2
to Reapprove
the QIP

Petition was turned down by CDFA without the PRB Board reviewing the merits and making a recomendation to the Secratary.

Petition #3
for Reversal & Termination of
the QIP

Petition was turned down by CDFA without the PRB Board reviewing the merits and making a recomendation to the Secratary.  Stop QIP conducted its own referendum with the Reversal Petition #3.  They were short of making the quorum, but the dairy industry overwhelmingly voted to reverse the payments  of the QIP and to terminate the QIP.   91% in favor of terminating and 9% to keep the QIP.

Petition #4
to Suspend
Chapter 3.5

We did not turn in Petition #4,  because the courts have already ruled that Chapter 3.5 has been suspended and terminated.  Now someone needs to tell Secretary Ross to stop taking our money, like she promised us in her letter to the industry.

Petition #5
to Terminate
the QIP

We turned this petition into CDFA on June 23, 2023, and are awaiting their response.

Petition #5

Secretary’s Decision
Regarding
Petition #5

Petition #6
Reapprove
the QIP

This Petition we were told that it was required every 5 years, by the CDFA and Secretary Ross. We will wait and see, if they were telling the truth.

6 Reasons to Question Western United Dairyman and MPC, and our leaders of the CO-OPS.  These Organizations have allowed CDFA to have a 14 quota members and only 1 Non-Quota member on a 15-member Board.

This is not a quota issue, it is a legal and ethical question that needs to be corrected yesterday.

We cannot afford this!
