Thank you for your response of getting us your petition’s back. We will get those Petitions in right away, and then we will start the process to have the referendums right away also. We are praying that we get this over before we lose anymore dairymen. 1/3 of our industry has been decimated by quota since 2015 and there are other factors that come into play. But quota is the big killer to our dairies.

Some dairymen thought we were done with the QIP, and we were going to let CDFA and the Intervenors from Save QIP and the UDF Board claim victory in defeating our right to vote. We will never quit trying to get rid of the illegal tax burden put on us by the quota holders and CDFA, until they let us vote on the QIP the right way and the legal way and if we lose in a fair and honest vote, we promised we would walk away from this fight. If 65% of the dairy industry wants to keep quota, then we are done, the industry has spoken. Not until we get our constitutional right to vote will we stop.
