Quota is a tax on Dairyman that is passed on down to consumers who purchase our milk products. One billion dollars is collected every 6.3 years from our dairy industry and handed over to a select number of dairymen without providing anything for our consumers.  A portion of these taxes are used to fund Gavin Newsom, who uses his power and influence through government agencies to thwart any attempts at ending this illegal tax on our Milk.  Don’t you think it is time for a change in Sacramento.  Our Cows do.
