Since we cannot get CDFA to do the right thing.  So, we are taking matters into our hands.  Expect a ballot in the mail in August.   We will be voting on the Petition # 3 the Reversal.   If you are paying right now into the QIP you will be receiving that amount with the Reversal, if you are receiving money now with the QIP you will be paying that amount instead.  In ten years the QIP will terminate.

Expect another lawsuit in Early August.

For the Record, CDFA has zero authority to collect money on the Stand Alone Program.
